Marsha Lindsey lives to create, especially if it means solving a problem -- whether the solution involves building a website, designing a better widget, or just figuring out what will bring a smile to someone's face. She has a special fondness for the characters created over the years that are now coming to life through animation.
Her web design training includes interactive design, CSS, XHTML, branding, e-marketing, user research strategies, traditional animation, and the basics of programming with XML, PHP/MySQL and Javascript. Applications include Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Flash with Action Script.
She has experience with graphics, crafting, construction, publishing, landscape design, and performance arts. This combination makes her unusually versatile and able to contribute on many levels.
Born in California, she is now firmly rooted in Portland, Oregon. She has studied at Whitman College, Pacific Northwest College of Art, Portland Community College, with Certificates in Fine Arts and Internet Design. She is currently studying at Portland State University, working to complete her degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Time Art. Her interests include hiking, trapeze, fiber arts, and dancing.
